a) When viewers go from very light outside to complete dark inside they will need 'adjusting time' for their eyes
b) they will need to greeted/ instructed by someone who can guide them to a seat.
c) if the lights are dimmed, then black for a few minutes, then go back to dimmed, it creates the 'camera obscura' as a timed session and may prevent claustrophobic people feeling uneasy.
d) the area of exposure should be sectioned off in some way to prevent people spoiling the image and avoiding accidents.
e) The seating prevents people swaying which is inevitable when people stand in the dark with no orientation. This can lead to unwanted contact between viewers and aggravation.
